About the content of the 'My warnings' section (texts from Surfingcrazy.info), these are some of the motives/reasons that will be applied to eliminate/delete user accounts (in the websites of the group) and some things that the user should also know (all of them are already included in that section, along with the rest of the motives for user account elimination, the motives for economically sanctionating to user accounts and the prohibited uses of user account):
#- Sending an internal email, to the website (using the section: Support/Contact), that includes a content previously processed (normally using the same Subject), point 26 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy.
#- The user account (already yearly-premium) doesn't include the user's birth year, in the section Personal details; point 1 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy; the application of this motive also enables (can be performed by the administration department) the deletion of the rest of user accounts using the same email address, in the group, that the deleted user account used. The user account/s eliminated through this motive will not receive communication/s from the website regarding its/their elimination.
#- Not to be yearly-premium user account when did pass 60 days since its creation already (although the user account had already made other type of purchase), point 1 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy. The user account/s eliminated through this motive will not receive communication/s from the website regarding its/their elimination.
#- Sending, to Surfingcrazy.info, an internal email with the subject: (Websitename) Spelling mistake, ... to notify the existence of serious spelling mistake/s (that finally was/were not serious/grave or don't exist) or difference/s, between the texts of the different websites of the group, that finally don't exist [point 1 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy], the account eliminated will be the remitent user account of Surfingcrazy.info. Through the reply to the internal email previously received, the website will inform to the user account regarding its elimination.
#- Sending communications to the administration department of a group's website (to an admin's username) using the internal message center of a group's website [point 14 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy]; the application of this motive also enables (can be performed by the administration department) the deletion of the rest of the user accounts using the same email address, in the group, that the deleted user account used. The user account/s eliminated through this motive will not receive communication/s from the website regarding its/their elimination.
#- Showing an inappropriate ad that must be eliminated through the proccesing of an internal email that requests correctly [through the Subject: (Websitename) Inappropriate ad (Report ad), of Surfingcrazy.info] the elimination of the user account that has shown the innapropriate content, points 17 and 23 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy; or through a request/order received by the website from a state/country whose laws include this type of obligation [fax and internal email of Subject: (Websitename) Inappropriate ad (Official fax) received by Surfingcrazy.info], points 17 and 23 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy. Through the reply to the internal email previously received, the website will inform to the user account regarding its elimination, therefore through the processing of the internal emails of Subject: (Websitename) Inappropriate ad (Report ad/Official fax) will be checked if the user account elimination must be made in accordance with this other motives of user account elimination:

* in the case of ads displayed by people or entities that can be cataloged using the term 'influencer': the ad must indicate, clearly and transparently, that the content is (ultimately) a paid campaign or commercial collaboration; besides in the case of financial product announcements: the possible risks associated with the advertised product or service ought be included in the own content of the website, blog, ... shown through the Url target, of the ad [point 17 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy]; the application of this motive also enables (can be performed by the administration department) the deletion of the rest of the user accounts using the same email address, in the group, that the deleted user account used. The email address used by the eliminated user account will receive a communication from the website regarding its elimination.
#- Submitting Reports unjustifiably or excessively, either through the section 'Support/Contact' of Surfingcrazy.info or the section 'Earnings area' of the website, sending excessive or unjustified complaints against an advertisement or user with the objective of requesting the elimination of the user account or damage his/her reputation [point 23 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy]; the application of this motive also enables (can be performed by the administration department) the deletion of the rest of the user accounts using the same email address, in the group, that the deleted user account used. The email address used by the eliminated user account will receive a communication from the website regarding its elimination.
#- Including ads with viruses or malware [point 23 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy]; the application of this motive also enables (can be performed by the administration department) the deletion of the rest of the user accounts using the same email address, in the group, that the deleted user account used. The email address used by the eliminated user account will receive a communication from the website regarding its elimination.
#- Accumulating a number of Cheat checks failures bigger than 50 and representing more than 33% of the total of Cheat checks answered [point 17 of the document of the group: Terms (conditions of use) & Privacy policy]. - ayudar a garantizar la seguridad e integridad del proceso de compra, especialmente en los casos en los que exista la entrega física del artículo
- perseguir malos usos/prácticas y aplicar el contenido de la sección My warnings del website
- protegerse de conductas fraudulentas
- ejercer la libertad de expresión y/o posibilitar el derecho de otro consumidor para ejercer ese derecho del consumidor de libertad de expresión
- hacer posible usos internos dentro del contexto en el que el miembro/usuario facilitó los datos (principalmente uso de las secciones Point store y Support/Contact, puntos de este documento: 25 y 26 respectivamente) y hacer cumplir los contenidos propios de los websites y foros del grupo [incluidos sus documentos (pages/articles/documents)]. Aunque la opción de solicitar Cashout (retirada de saldo Balance) en los websites del grupo es real y puede ser fácilmente habilitada y deshabilitada, al menos inicialmente el uso de las cuentas de usuario debe ser estructurado sin esa posibilidad. El principal objetivo de esa estructuración es evitar usos que podrían asemejarse a los monederos tradicionales (wallet) ya que el funcionamiento final de los websites del grupo incluye la compra de cantidades de saldo Balance para mejorar la experiencia de usuario.

Como comprobará más adelante, las transferencias internas entre cuentas de usuario del mismo website serán una muy buena opción para conseguir, en todos los casos, que los usuarios tengan la capacidad de enviarse saldo Balance entre ellos (de acuerdo con las existencias disponibles en cada uno de sus importes e independientemente de los límites de facturación que los websites del grupo puedan tener).
